What gets cleaned?

Leading and trailing spaces are removed. Common units are standardized: pcs / each → piece, kilograms → kg, grams → g and boxes → box.

Rows that match after cleanup are merged. Different records with the same SKU stay separate and are flagged for review.

Selected price fields are checked for a nonnegative number, and stock for a whole number of zero or more. Missing values appear in the review report.

3. Review and download

In Excel, use Data → From Text/CSV and set the SKU column to Text to preserve leading zeros. CSV downloads mark formula-like values as text; the JSON download retains original source values.
